1. Operator

1.3. NullRoute is not an official service, agent or partner of external model labs unless stated expressly.

2. Service, prices, territory

2.1. The Service grants remote access to compute infrastructure and AI models through the cabinet and API. Capabilities are described on the main page and in the desk instructions.

2.2. The price of the chosen tariff volume, the number of technical units credited, the applicable rate, the fee of the payment method and the total are shown in euro before going to payment. The public calculator is on the main page.

2.3. The Service is rendered electronically over the Internet. There is no physical delivery and it is not charged separately. The User gets access in the cabinet. Tariff volume is activated after the payment provider confirms the payment.

2.4. Access is granted remotely where use of the Service is not forbidden by applicable law and is technically available.

2.5. For the described compute and information services a special licence is not required.

3. Payment methods and safety

3.1. Accepted methods: PayPal Friends & Family, USDT, Bitcoin, Litecoin. A 3% method fee is included in the total shown before you pay. Crypto network fees are paid by you on top; the desk quotes the exact amount in the ticket.

3.2. The User chooses the method in the Discord ticket. The total including the 3% fee is shown on the site before “Join Discord to buy”.

3.3. Payment is made on the payment provider’s protected page. NullRoute does not request or store full card details. Availability of a method is determined by the provider and shown before payment.

3.4. After a successful payment, tariff volume is usually activated automatically within minutes. If the volume never appears on the account, or the account cannot be used, write support — those are the only refund cases.

4. Official channel

4.1. Official support and purchase channel: NullRoute Discord. Keys are issued there after payment. Open a ticket — that is the fastest way to reach the desk.

4.2. Support is for registration, cabinet access, activation of tariff volume, issue and revocation of API keys, processing of API requests, payments, refunds, security and personal data. Desk hours 09:00–23:00 UTC, usually answered in 5–15 minutes. Max response 48h.

4.3. Public posts in any information channel do not replace an individual support answer and do not change the terms of an already paid tariff volume unless expressly stated and allowed by law.

5. How to write

5.1. State login or username, date and amount of payment, method, payment ID, model used, approximate request time and a short description of the demand or error.

5.2. Refunds exist only if the account does not work or the paid tokens never landed after payment. Unused leftover is not refunded. Send payment ID and a screenshot of the dead account or zero balance.

5.3. Do not send a password, a full API key, confirmation codes, card data, cookies, OAuth tokens, private keys or other secrets. Support may ask only for facts objectively needed to identify the account, payment or disputed operation.

5.4. Appeals are reviewed in a reasonable time. Consumer claims for which the law sets a special term are reviewed and performed in that term regardless of internal support procedure.

6. Safety of appeals

6.1. Before writing, check that you are on this Site and the published support address. The Operator does not answer for persons posing as support on other accounts if those acts are not connected with the Operator.

6.2. Support may ask extra proof of account ownership on a refund, a change of critical settings, a compromised API key, a suspicious payment or other fraud risk.

6.3. Verification must be proportionate to the risk and may not be used to unjustifiably delay a refund, a cure or other mandatory User rights.
